been looking for some thing to do some blind fixings today and my brother mentioned about rivnuts they use at work so looked them up and were have they been all my lift bloody great bit of kit don't know why ive never heard of them I thought I would share with any one else not in the know as I can think of endless uses, im going to sick a couple above the screen to hole a light bar

These things?

Never used them myself but apparently they can be prone to spinning if over torqued?

Other then that they seam a good idea

ya there crap ones tho good ones have a little notch In the hole and a tooth bit on the rivet to stop them spinning
these are same as my brothers work ones ment to be a lot better and his are a4 stainless for use in boats

I cant believe ive never even heard of them before my snorkel is self tapered in the front piller but wont be any longer
