Had a shock yesterday (Saturday). Normally sod all comes in the post on a Saturday but I did have a parcel, one of a few I was expecting. My regular foot postie came in a van, said he was doing some overtime, at about 1000hrs. He had done his foot round bright and early and I'd had a few useless letters. So I needed to catch the post office before it shut........I do wish they would stay open all day (in fact I wish my local sorting office didn't shut at midday either) ........so off I went at nearly midday and when I got back I had two, yes two red tickets. He'd been again at midday (I know his initials) so I have been in a mood all day over it. Their timing is immaculate but twice in one day, unbelievable.
