Does it have to be small. The Aldi one is £99 and it sounds like you'll get all the air you'll need.
Then you can do bigger jobs as well.
I have a 5 litre one in my Pajero (3 or 5 can't remember) to run my train horns. The kit comes up on ebay all the time.
