Laugh at my expense!

So, I got in from work after a hard day. The Mrs is out, so what do you do? Sit in front of the computer in your work shirt and pants! What else is there to do?

No I'm wasn't looking at porn you dirty minded so and so's - far from it - I was looking on car forums - as you do in your pants when the Mrs is out and not nagging you with that "YOU'RE ALWAYS ON THAT COMPUTER. WHEN ARE YOU GONNA SPEND SOME TIME WITH ME". True but I don't like Corrie, Eastenders, Hollyoaks, Big Fat Gypsie Weddings etc...

I'm on my second real ale when I feel a bit peckish. I also feel quite lazy and cannot be bothered to cook anything proper.

In the oven goes a Pukka Pie then - no veg or anything containing "GOODNESS" - just a pie.

Onto the next real ale and the oven timer bleeps and I dig into the pie at the computer desk - pushing the keyboard back but there isn't really enough room for either the keyboard or the plate with the scolding hot pie, straight from the oven.

So the inevitable happens. I've got away with I don't know how many Pukka Pies like this, balancing the plate on the edge of the desk and the keyboard fighting for it's own space on the computer desk like it's jealous of the plate of summint!

Then the keyboard decides it's not putting up with this sort of treatment and get's violent. It pushed (I saw it with my own eyes and was totally sober - honest!!!) the plate off the computer desk.

This caused the steaming hot pie to fall into my lap!

Now I am a little weird in the way I eat my pies. Off comes the top first and then the centre and sides get eaten.

This method of eating is not good when the hottest part is the filling and when deposited on your lap, whilst wearing just your pants, the filling tends to seep through to your most vulnerable bits - you get what I'm saying here!

So not only have I lost a perfectly good Pukka Pie on the floor but on the way to the floor the filling has burn my privates to hell and back!

Anyways - in case you were interested in what I was reading when it happened, I was quite impressed by this guy's KITT voice and light on his MX5!
