Hello, Some time ago I am working on install rear discs brakes and full floater axles. Yesterday I did the first test on road.

Navigating www emerges as the recommended use of suzuki front hubs.

Design and manufacture of the adapter plate to the rear axle with support for brake calipers

Reinforcing the end of the rear axle. the original flange with 8mm bolts are insufficient to support the wheel hub

Good fit………….

Finished reinforcing work

Adapters plates with 10mm stud bolts

Brake Caliper (Bosch, rear from Peugeot 206)

Painting

Brake discs…….. (Factory, front Jimny)

1mm disc out as recommended by Bosch

Inside, close but not rubbing

New brake tube hoses

brake tube hoses in position

Half shafts…….in cromo moly steel, heat treated.

Gran Vitara flanges.

Flanges adapted to support the shafts

Axle installed on the Jimny

I hope you like and result useful work

Very impressive! If you had manual hubs on the rear axel would it allow you to drive in front wheel drive only? Could be useful if you damaged the rear diff etc.

Very impressive, did you make drawings of components so they can be replicated?
