Hi

This is my little green turtle jimny.

* 2006 1.3 VVT
* TSL BOGGER 31x12.5x15
* 15x10 ET-55
* 4.16 transfer box ( still waiting )
* rs front shafts/cv
* rs rear locker
* 4xfourart 4'' lift

Currently still work in progress.

finished with rear axle disassembly and got truss welded on

got turtle in garage
rear axle done
front axle welded
exedy clutch in
gearbox fitted - need to bolt in
140A alternator - from opel/vauxhall
got 4.16 box from Redacted
finally got rear sidegears for front diff/larger cv's

gearbox bolted
engine starts and runs
alternator giving ~14.6V - nice
rear sidegears in front diff

really tight fit - almost touching engine mount

Hey looks like a nice build, what amp is alt? Does it bolt straight in?
Btw I am running rs shafts and cvs and there spot on, touch wood :)

jimny mounts were a bit modified to fit it

radiator back in
front axle ( still empty ) in place with springs and shocks and arms attached
front diff assembled

alternator pics

upper mount needs offset


lower mount needs longer bolt
it goes through first mount ( offseted ~11mm to the radiator and trimmed so bolt don't mess with belt )

then through distancer
then uses original mount and thread - bolts through and goes into second alternator mount
if you use longer bolt then you can finish with nut to more secure alternator in place

front diff in
one side done - halfshaft, kingpin, etc
also trimmed hub nut to fit hubs without spacer
seems than boggers are still touching body at max - hammer or cutting/welding will help

rockwatt transfer box in place

waiting for rs to send right longer halfshaft
