Kingpin baring inner seal (front axil oil seal) leaking

I have been having problems with the inner kingpin baring seal (front axil oil seal)in that it keeps leaking oil from the axil into the king pin brings on the nearside and eventually "watering" down the grease.. I have change the king pins twice and the seal itself 3 times. The axil seems ok when I have taken it out and there is no undue vibration which would indicate a wobbly shaft so I am at a loss. If anyone has encountered similar problems with solutions or suggestion then please help.

Appreciated

Another member had this a while ago and it was a bent axle housing

Spoke with a Suzuki dealer mechanic today and said that it could be the main wheel baring thats had gone. But he wasn't too confident more of a guess.

It wouldn't be the wheel bearing. Something is bent or out of alignment somewhere!

Am I right in thinking that if the axil shaft is out of line (hence the seal keep leaking then this can be something to do with the shims on the king pin itself.
Thanks

Not really, shims just take up a small amount of wear in the pins themselves.

I think I have finally cracked it.
As you can see from the above I have replaced the bearings and inner seal several times and the king pins once. There was no undue vibration to indicate any thing else, the wheel barings seemed fine as did the outer seal. The only thing it could be was the half shaft and cv joint. The half shaft is a big lump of steel which is very unlikely to warp so that narrowed it down to the cv joint.
I bought a second half shaft with cv joint attached off eBay and replaced it with a new inner seal as well.
Its been about 6 weeks, probably 1000 miles and no leaks. Give joy.

Knowing what I know now I would replaced the cv joint and at about £80 of here that would be a relatively cheap option.
