Never heard of it before mate. I have a ragtop but my seats are dry and comfy. I think you have some sort of issue. Is one seat only wet or are they all? Oh, and I presume incontinence is not an issue? ;)

If its damp and not dryed out it will stay damp like a green house get a dehumidifier to dry it out

That is weird. I can only think of incontinence (as originally suggested by Zook), but also coupled with Alzheimers. You keep pissing in it, but cannot remember?

I think the Jimny seats are of a material that feels damp all the time. I have a VVT which is absolutely standard and in excellent condition but if you run your hands over the seats they have a damp feel about them.

One question, does you rear side windows get misty as well? If so have a look in the tool recess in the boot as if this rusts through then water gets into the tool recess and makes the car interior damp.

GuardianAngel stuck one of these in his Jimny to help get rid of the moisture.

At my age I also find them quite helpful to stick a couple in my underpants.

Best chuckle of the day IMO at least with Alzheimers you do make lots of new friends every day :)
