I have a 2000 model soft top but fitted with the Hard Top if that makes sense. I am wanting to put some roof lights on but not sure if I would be able to with it having the removable top. The only thing I've seen is a universal light bar on Ebay which bolts on some how.
if anyone can help it would be appreciated
cheers

if not your only option i think is to bolt a light bar to the removeable top
you could make one if you got the tools to do it or if you want one making send me the measurements & some beer tokens & i will make you one

if you don't want to drill any holes i think they are the only option realy
if i had a jimny with the removeable hard top i could poss work out a way to make a mount but i dont & tbh i dont think ive even seen one as they are pretty rare cus like you say they are expensive

Great suplimental illumination to the sides and infront for crossing terrain that gives dead spots infront of you.
Also for driving down the country lanes at night, the outer 2 illuminate the way ahead at a 10 and 2 oclock position.
central lights donot give massive long distance illumination, and are not as good as the standard main beam, however as they project down from the roof line, they illuminate the terrain about 30 ft infront of the Jimny.. great when your lights are shining into the sky .. or when fording rivers at night and yoru headlights are submerged

can you not attach a bar to the painted roof hoop between the two halves of the soft / hard top ?
