Hi,
I need a new radiator for my 2003 Jimny JB23W K6A engine.
Where's the best place to order one that will fit properly...and also can deal with the automatic transmission?

I hope to do the replacement myself, but don't know what to do with the auto transmission connections....
any tips?

thanks!
Anthony (Bonaire Diver)

If you get the right radiator, the hoses from the gearbox will just go onto that, then you check and top up the ATF in the usual way.  It won't lose much of the fluid.

You may need a genuine Suzuki rad as auto Jimnys are not all that common.

Auto Jimnys with the K6a are quite common, in Japan, which doesn't really help someone in the Caribbean - I don't know what Bonaire is like, but look around, you may be able to find a local shop who can build you a radiator, failing that, try megazip.net, you should be able to enter the chassis number of your Jimny and the site will take you to the correct part catalog, or, failing that, you can work your way through the menus.

I'd suggest you explore the local options first, if megazip have, it will be a genuine Suzuki part which is going to be quite expensive, and the shipping is going to be horrific.

Do I use the transmission dip stick and find a narrow funnel???

Generally speaking, that's how it's done.
