02/06/13 - Axle re-build work in progress

So as you will have seen from my last post, I have some Trailmaster Diesel springs. Here they are alongside the originals.

The key difference I can see is the wire diameter. The originals are 11mm and the new are 13mm

I am also fitting my own Rough Country shocks using the BigJimny bolts.

The shock rubbers are slightly too big for the mounting brackets on the Jimny so you need to remove a sliver of rubber.

Here is the axle ready to go on.
