I just take the photo (using my phone to write etc) then I press "add file" which is below the box you write in, I then select "gallery" pick the photo I want which puts the file name in the little box next to the "add file" button. I then press "insert" which is to the right of "add file". This adds the link into the main text box, job done then submit your comment.
Pic of my modified phone holder (that I snapped) to take a universal camera mount, can now mount a camcorder or still camera to my dash.
