Something has come up elsewhere, there was never an option in any market that gave a 1.4 petrol was there? Anything like that is after market correct?

Sounds like it to me. Perhaps a maximum rebore or G16 head on G13 block to give the extra cc

I don't think Suzuki ever made a 1.4L engine for the Jimny.....maybe the M15?

The head wouldn't affect the swept volume Martin....if the combustion chambers are larger on the 1.6 it could be a route to fit a Turbo though?

I don't think the G13 liners are thick enough to go out to 1400cc, its an open block too so strength would be an issue. The G15 used the 1.6 block.

Some Suzukis and a bunch of motorcycles.
