I would do a search beneath the dash board and find the common harness connector for those components; it sounds like there could be a connector with a dirty or melted connection that is causing this problem.

First check all fuses, it is smart to measure them as well.
Ground cables beneath center console of the dashboard (behind ashtray?), under stearing column, between engine/battery/fire wall, below/behind fuse box at the A-pillar would be my first guess to check..
Placing of these varies with model but approx. positions is like this i think.

You can measure with a (beeping) Fluke or similar instrument with one wire securely mounted to ground or battery negative, and then other cable on the instrument on each of the other ground points. measure resistance on the cable connector and on the bolt/screw used.
Ohm should be zero.

Thanks for the good pointers.
All the fuses have been checked, only one was bad, and wasn't a part of the "loom" i have problems on.

Ill start checking those places first.
Im also thinking of the a-pillar, maybe the fault would be there?

Ill check and reply with a good answer (i hope).
Thanks for the input!
