I have a 2011 jimny sz4 which has a non functioning tail light on the passenger side. However the brake light works fine on that side. I replaced the bulb but to no avail. Fuse is fine and right hand tail light works fine. Anyone had this issue or got any suggestions. Thanks

Did you inspect the bulb holder and check for voltage to it?

Check the connection between the bumper harness and the vehicle, often corroded wires there

In Norway there is two versions of the lights on the rear of the Jimny, some older have the taillight bulb in the bumper lights, and some have it on the corners of the body. wich is yours?

connections is inside behind the rear quarter panel behind the left side tail light (not the bumper) on my '05 jimny LHD. '04 have the taillight down in the bumper.
Taillight and blinkers switches place between versions I think..

Hi the reversing light is in the left hand (passenger side) pillar while reversing and fog lights are in the right driver side pillar.

All other lights are on the bumper. As I said only the tail light is non-functional on the passenger side while the brake and indicator lights work fine!
