Well that's it - cherry broken.
Grizedale Forest, what I can only describe as the most impossible "road" I Have ever been on - I wouldn't even have walked it!!
My friend in his modified, lifted Defender, said "it's not that bad"
My main modification so far has been to polish the headlights.
And it started easy enough, then it looked like the earthquake had caused a landslide, then the following flood took all the soil away!!
I wouldn't have done it in his Defender.
And there was no way to turn round.
He said at one point "that's the worst bit done"... he was lying!
Did I mention it went dark while we were doing this too...

Anyway to cut the next two hours down a bit, my "friend" could not believe how well the little Jimny was doing, especially compared to his Defender.
Neither could I.
His friend, my co-pilot, was so impressed he now wants one.

I think I'm going to need a new clutch :)

We have been trying to tell you it will drive over stuff you can't walk up even without modifications. Enjoy.

Nice one Riccy, enjoyed the vid too. It's amazing how big such a small bonnet can look when going down hill haha.

Seems to be a common response among the green oval brigade of being 'suprised' when other vehicles can keep up with their rusting hulks :D.
