MT tyres. 215/75/15 was created by 1066Boy
Hi all. I am going to change my tyres as I am doing more road miles now.
My extreme muds are ok on road but the noise when you are over 30 mph gets a bit wearing after a few miles.
After many hours on the internet I have narrowed it down to just 2 (I think but who knows)
Hankook Dynapro MT or Kumho KL71's Both get good reviews and I like the look of them.
The is not much in it price wise so looking for comments from people on here that have used them. :)
Thanks Allan.

I Like the look of both, but suspect the Hankook's will be quieter for your road miles :-)

Charmed I'm sure !!:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: Well - I'm well pleased with my grabbers good road noise and never let me down at the p&p site, if I had found them at the time I would have gone with the KL71's I'm sure the difference in road noise between the two will be more than ok to live with ;) ;)

Ok so I have thrown the General Grabber X3 into the pot as they are around the same price.
Out of interest Dan, what size are you running and how tall are they? I have about 28" to play with. :)

RTO3 is 29"....not heard any tyre noise but I've been in a few explosions :D

If fitting 29" 235 75 15 onto standard rims.....not so bad but the silver bullet without caster correction and -30 rims needs a bit of bashing on the front footwell seam....I'll correct the caster!

I can live with losing half an inch. ;)
Are your rims standard width? I know you have spacers but not sure on your rim size.
