Safari Snorkel? was created by X8GGY
Just having a Saturday afternoon wander around t'internet, and ended up looking at snorkels...
Is it me or has the genuine Safari Snorkel for the Jimny been redesigned?
So that it sits on the passenger side?!

Photo from the UK importer's website - www.arbil.co.uk/4x4/products/820hf-safar...el-suzuki-jimny.html
Yet the official Safari website still shows - www.safari4x4.com.au/safari-snorkel/suzu...-12-2004-1-3l-petrol

I suspect that the image is for another vehicle.....a very long piece of pipe needed to get to the airbox?

The picture from the UK importer's website is one that is often shown in the advertisements. The one that you show mounted on the Jimny is the correct model. I have one on my Jimny. It was installed about 6 months ago.

Yes, confirmed by Arbil4x4 this morning, the photo is wrong, it's the one on the Safari site...
Negotiated a trade discount, but still not sure I want to pay that much for what will be a cosmetic enhancement to my daily driver Jimny...
But not sure I want to fit a 'cheap' one either... rather have a genuine one...
Will sleep on it for a few days before rushing into it...

Omg, just looked on "another" uk site where i bought my snorkel, £310 for a safari snorkel??? Seriously? that much for a bit of plastic?
I bought the £90 odd quid one, its absolutely solid in construction, the snorkel cap has been through trees and not ripped off, and its one piece straight into the airbox, non of this rubbish with multiple joins,so less chance of leaks... Its even got "jimny" written on the side of it !
