That's what I keep telling people, its not the outright power that makes the real difference, its just so much more flexible.


That's a very clean looking engine I can see that there is plenty of attention to detail going into that build.

Looks good. Whereabouts in Norway are you? I drove through Norway many years ago and remember it as being quite mountainous, I should think that the G16B would really impress in an area like that.

Ive just started getting my baleno engine ready, im going to attemp to remove the pick up ring from the end of a 1.3 camshaft and put it onto the 1.6 camshaft, ive been told to use jimny inlet and exhaust manifold . How about all pulleys etc baleno or jimny also ive bought a cork sump gasket would you fit this or just use gasket sealant .
finally mine has got sump sensor / wiring do i need to block it off or just leave it there and cut wires thanks sam

Yes use jimny inlet with baleno green injectors and jimny exhaust manifold
I used jimny pulleys... use silicone gasket, cork is for the g16a.
just leave it there and cut wires :)
