You mentioned early on in your thread about talking to your MOT man regarding disabling the air bag. I take it the outcome was if the light is off it will pass?

I would like to fit an after market steering wheel but I need to keep it road legal.

Great vids Maverick B)

Been a couple of MOTs with no air bags (No warning light = No Fail) but the rules keep changing and this years test is not due until June so will find out then, my suggestion is, what ever you do keep it reversible.

Where abouts are you Mister Stu ?

Front Recovery Point Mk1 to go with the rear, May do another which clears the steering box bolt but it will do for now.

File Attachment:

Again its cut from 10mm steel plate and held to the original tie-down point with a couple of m10 bolts.

File Attachment:

The 3rd fixing is 750mm of 10mm threaded bar which spans the chassis.
