This is an awesome Jimny.

I don't rate your bomb disposal teams much though. We get mines and bombs crop up all the time in the River Thames and they manage to deal with them without making them blow up and create a crater like that! I suppose it is more fun to just let it blow and won't matter in the middle of nowhere.

I get that :)
But this crater will be full with sand in 5 days, the sea takes care of that.

Few crappy cell photos.
Long range fuel tank lining up. I am going to use a fuel switch valve to switch between tanks.. it switches the fuel gauge also, so no extra fuel gauge needed.

How much does the new tank hold? I bet the old one didn't get you far with that engine and those tyres!

Read through the topic, this is an awesome jimny. Love how even the paint looks so good in the pictures.

HolmarH wrote: Now I am building a long range fuel tank, it will go behind the rear axle, will be about 70 liters. So then I have 110 liters in tanks :woohoo:

Capacity of the tank had been brought up earlier.

Keep up the good work!

As I wrote erlier :)

Some people are always wondering how much gas it drinks....
Here are some numbers.

First tank. All tanks were mixed in city, offroad, and onroad country driving.
16 L / 100 km heavy gas foot!
13,2 L/100
And now it was 12,1 l/100 km.
I am very happy with the 12,1 liters, as the G13BB was always using about 11 - 15 l/100km.
