If you find a pneumatic tank of a small truck at a scrapper the tank end could be cut into a weld on diff guard.

Norway 2005 Jimny M16A VVT, 235 BFG MT, 2" Trailmaster, ARB rear lck, 17%/87% high/low gears.

Try Rhino Ray (Raymond Edwards) - facebook is the easiest way to find him

otherwise maybe KAP suzuki would still have some perhaps.

I use the weld on braces or gussets that go either side of the diff pumpkin to brace over the welds from diff to axle tube and they make it pretty sturdy. I would doubt theres much chance of smashing the diff itself unless you are thinking of doing jumps with it or entering King of hammers type events.

The bolt on Jimnybits ones Lambert mentions could be welded on, but I just found they were a collecting point for mud and hard to clean. Also the mounting of the rear one uses the diff bolts, which then work loose if the guard is hit, loosing the diff oil out them and just making the situation worse.
