Sill trim removal was created by mattsccm
My 04 Jimny needs some sill welding for the MOT. Can't complain, its the first thing other than consumable that's ever needed doing since we had it new.
How do I remove the plastic trim that actually curves around under the sill? Its inner edge is preventing welding. Just yank it off and sacrifice the few clips that haven't been knocked off or does half the body work need to come off first?

There’s two plastic clips underneath to remove, them gently pull it off. Nothing else needs to come off.
