Something has come up elsewhere, there was never an option in any market that gave a 1.4 petrol was there? Anything like that is after market correct?

Sounds like it to me. Perhaps a maximum rebore or G16 head on G13 block to give the extra cc11/60 wrote: Something has come up elsewhere, there was never an option in any market that gave a 1.4 petrol was there? Anything like that is after market correct?

I don't think Suzuki ever made a 1.4L engine for the Jimny.....maybe the M15?

The head wouldn't affect the swept volume Martin....if the combustion chambers are larger on the 1.6 it could be a route to fit a Turbo though?mlines wrote:

I don't think the G13 liners are thick enough to go out to 1400cc, its an open block too so strength would be an issue. The G15 used the 1.6 block.
