Swapped M13 VVT for M16 VVT. No particular dramas. Just lots of moving stuff from 13a to 16a. But Ive come to the stage of connecting radiator and that's where I am struggling a bit. I can see and have the pipework to connect from the back of the water pump/thermostat and down via the bottom hose into the base of the rad. But on the 13a engine the top hose fed in from an outlet on the front of the head/block.  There is no such equivalent on the 16a engine. So where does the top hose connect back to the engine?

Thanks

You use the top hose connection from the jimny (the alloy elbow)
If you look on the 16A it will have a blanking plate held by 2 bolts
Then you blank off the one now at rear of engine on the 16A
