Lower gearshift bush was created by Danparry

While I was working on the car tonight I noticed under the shifter that the lower nylon white bush just doesn't seem right or maybe it is lol

My car shifts fine ect just the bush looks not quite right.

Heres a picture not of mine but my white nylon bush looks the same, just look as if it's cracked or not seated flush? Do these pop out sometimes

I'll get a picture of my one aswell
