Dual Sensor Brake Support on Gen.4

If I remember I switch this system off every time I drive.

But I don't always remember but the system will remind me when:-
A squirrel runs across the road, or a pigeon flies across in front of me or, a pedestrian gets to close etc etc.

According to Suzuki I cannot switch it off permanently, I can only switch it off each time I drive. I have considered fixing a small sign somewhere in my line of vision but keep forgetting to do it and then today I decided to test out low range. I selected a suitable ie no scratchy bushes lane and off I went. Onto the lane, stop and pull lever back to 4 high and then push down and back a bit more to 4low. The green 4 wheel drive warning light came on and with it the  Dual Sensor Brake Support indicating that the system had been turned off.

Now I have mentioned in the past that electronics are not my forte but the thought that there must be a switch operated when 4L is selected comes to mind and maybe there is a way to permanently disable the system  but I have no idea on how to do it.

But there are members here who are geniuses at electronics so maybe they have the answer?

Roger
