Welcome to the forum. The swivel bearings are available from Martin in the shop at the top of the page. As for headlamps ebay may be the best option. Also the information section has a guide for changing the swivel bearings which would be useful to show your mechanic as not all are fully familiar with the Jimny. It will save unnecessary work.

Does the headlight have condensation or is it starting to fade (common problem) at the top? If its faded you can get a polish and polish it out. Aldi were doing a kit for a few pounds. Sure ebay will do the same.

For the kingpins typically you only need to replace the bearings (type 30302, available from any bearing supplier) and the small driveshaft seal. Best to get a genuine seal, although bearing suppliers will be able to supply a slightly narrower one that will do the job. The parts should cost around £25/side and fitting time is around an hour.
