Hi
I own a 2012 Jimny and have just had a full service at my local Main Dealer. Several parts were replaced including the brake discs and pads and one rear shock absorber.
The car runs very well but I noticed that when I turn the steering wheel to full lock, on either side, there is a fairly loud sqidgy noise, almost as if air or oil is being blown out of something.
There is no evidence of a leak, no oil drips or anything other than the noise.
Has anyone any ideas as to what this could be. I'd be very grateful.

Welcome to the forum. From the description I would suggest that it's the power steering screaming over the pressure relief valve as it gets to full lock. Quite normal but don't sit there doing it deliberately, only when necessary.

Thanks for the information. I only use full lock when manouevring. You must be correct as no-one else has offered a suggestion. Thanks.
