King pin still leaking????

As the shaft rotates it will wobble as you turn the steering wheel This is caused by the position of the CV joint relative to the line that passes through the king pins. If you use a proprietary oil seal from a bearing supplier for instance the seal lip will be distorted by this wobble and will allow the passage of diff. oil into the CV housing. Suzuki seals are designed with a soft section between the lip and the metal body which flexes and maintains full lip contact to shaft.. Hope this helps. I don't know what the Suzuki seal costs but the Landcruiser one was about £65.
