This one? =

This has to have a name ie stealth or subdued if you get what I mean. All the capability in a discrete cover if that makes any sense. Really like it thanks for the offer HG0606. Mighty.

Thats the one...
Thanks for the positive comments! I much prefer subtle and capable than something that's top heavy on a mahhoosivee lift :silly:
Approx 2 inch lift (+2 springs on the front and standard fronts on the rear) rear has another set of axle spring cups mounted ontop of the originals acting like a spacer. +5 rear shocks mounted on some homemade lower shock mounts that can oscillate +3 on the front. 4 inch lift radius arms all round with standard bushes in (it has literally had every form of suspension tried on it and this was the best combo as I like low as possible but it drives really well, nicer than standard really. 6.5 transfer box gears in a homemade cradle that's a hybrid between a jimnybits guard and a spine round the box. Heavy duty rear prop. 245/75/16 (31ish) tyres on grand vitara alloys that don't catch anywhere - had a lot of faffing with bumpstops etc. Homemade front recovery points and the bare minimum arch trimming really so mud cant get packed into the door. It does really well offroad but the transfer box will be coming out soon to go into my SJ buggy I'm building. Then maybe long term this will be made into a tubular offroad only toy too - All exciting stuff
Sorry to hijack your thread BTW! Ill get my girlfriend to put some more pics up on here of it shortly.
Cheers,
Harry

Started cleaning the axle this morning and going to be ordering ball joint bearings and seals. Glad I took it off wasn’t going to be safe heading up to Scotland in something on its last legs.

Right got annoyed with all the bureaucracy Id have to go through to get the project build registered on Irish plates and did the maths and it's cheaper to pick up an Irish Jimny and transfer all the Jimnybits over.
So for the first time in a while, the ball bounced right for me this morning and I was first on the scene for this 1999 JLX 13B. €1100 .Vintage Insurance and taxed. The previous owner kindly allowed me to drive it home on his open insurance from Clare .

I believe that that early it's most likely to be the Suzuki specific obd which isn't widely supported, I think getting codes requires bridging pins to get the mil light to flash the code. Someone with direct experience is bound to be along soon.

One of the last 200ish of the gen3s, probably.
