Thought I would read the manual about 2WH and 4WH and 4WL again.

Switching between 2 and 4WH can be done between 0 and 60mph with wheels straight ahead. I go into 4WH about once a week on the basis USE IT OR LOOSE IT but found changing at about 10mph was best for me with less engage/disengage clonk.

In and out of 4WL must be stopped and in neutral. Once when in 4WL it was reluctant to come out so I backed up a few feet and tried again and it came out OK.
