The 4x4’ing Jimny boys (S200ZKY, Maverick and Riccy) have 1 space available for some Lakes Laning on Sunday 7th October ... there are some “tight” lanes but we’ll let anyone (aka Lard Rovers) not attempt these (without letting on too much) - PM me if you interested... meeting place is Morrisons in Kendal

I'll make it if a modestly modified car will manage, I'd love to come along. I've seen posts from your other trips and they look like great days.

If jack goes along, we'd be able to buddy up on the journey to the lakes too.

Sniper - what “mods” have you got? I’d hate for you be slowing us down?

HUN... Not a closed group, just normally we have our max of 5 in attendance, but this trip a couple have had to pull out for one reason or another! We’ve advertised on here many a time for anyone to join us, but “generally” the take-up has been miserable!!

I suspect that the only way I could join in would be by meeting up at the ends of the lanes, what with my little road tyres, unlifted suspension, no self recovery and no traction aids. Have fun and be safe!

My name on Face Book is Brett Dukes, its advertised on my TimeLine.

We don't have a group name ... we are just a bunch of like-minded Jimny Green Laners that make the effort to meet and Green Lane once a month.

All this hassle is why we don't advertise much... you either want to come or you don't - its quite simple really!!

Hi Maverick, I'm running all new suspension with AVO's but only raised 15mm, BFG AT's, Quaife diff. scratched paint and a can do attitude lol.

Been out for a ride with jack over your peaks route, had a great day, he can probably comment better than me on the cars ability.

I wouldn't want to be a drag on the day but on the other hand would love to get out and see the spectacle. Understand if it's too rough, I'll have to try and catch a gentler trip if so.
