No idea, it was on when i bought it..
I think most Jimny`s sold in Norway got the same type. @yakuza might know :)

Does anybody use a trailer. I have two folding bikes but rather fancied a dedicated trailer.

Do it right - use Hammerite

I thought about bolting the long roof bar type carriers complete with roofbars to the top of my little Erde trailer. Couldn't see any reason for it not to work.

I had a motorbike trailer, which was basically just an A frame with some channel welded to the top for the wheels to run in, and a flanged post to jam the front wheel in and keep it upright.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there :)

Assuming a person is happy with a trailer - which I am - then to me it is the answer.

I would likely get something cheap like this then chop it to suit.
