Just put a 2" lift on my Jimny, will a 235/75/15 tyre fit in the wheel arch without any rubbing? Dont really want to put wheel arch extentions on!
I have standard 3 spoke alloys, with 30mm spacers fitted? What size tyres are people running?

will be tight if you take the spacers off, will need trimming with them on. 235 will also affect the gearing a fair bit. 215/75r15 wil fit no problem.

Thanks for your reply, I was worried about clearance issues! Think I'll go for the 215/75, don't want to start cutting things down!!

Riccy is spot on. 215/75/15 are the best bet. :)

Hiya, before you bite the bullet..hopefully, i fitted 30mm spacers..then 215.70x 15 Yokohama geolandars on my ragtop Jimster..
Didnt get any fouling or rubbing..just fitted 2inch lift springs and shocks..perfect..looks good without over top..70 profile is bigger than standard tyre(even tho standard is a 70) with tyre being wider you do get height a little too.overall dimension of tyre is bigger, i know cos i had to alter my chrome spare cover by about 2inches.!lol.
Worth a look/
