I agree with you!

Don't do it the dark blue as in the picture.

Do it the same as the one in the fore-ground, much, much nicer than blue.

This comes down to how good do you want it to look. The bodywork is what costs money, just spraying it dont take that many hours. So doing it ”right” takes time and money.
I dont so many resprays anymore because no one can put that amount of money in their cars, but the last one i did, a corvette stingray, landed on aprox 5500£ roughly converted from NOK. Cant imagine it being any cheaper in Britain

I got quoted 925 plus VAT to have a wrap put on mine if that’s any help to you. I didn’t think there was too much point in respraying given that it wa likely to get scratched up off road.
