Cleaned and degreased all the rear brake components and fitted rear cylinders. One last push next Saturday to finish the brakes.

I might just pay someone to do the wheel bearings. Have had enough!

Cleaned it after changing the colour of it yesterday to light brown and fitted some bucket seats for some comfort.

body panels are roughly 1mm thick steel but im cutting out all the rear floor and putting in 3mm plate which will be loads stronger. same with front light/body mounts and box section part on front. should be a lot stronger for storage etc to be built onto

I would be very interested in seeing some photos of your work during and after if you get time. My boot floor needs work and am considering having a full replacement done with thicker steel.

Finally silenced that rattling heat shield on the cat (couldn't remove it, so used a 99p exhaust bandage. Pukka).

So, that's the annoying noise from under the car dealt with, now to the annoying noise from the passenger seat!

Gave mine a little pat & said ‘don’t be afraid  it’s only an MOT’.
‘The nice man will look after you on Thursday fitting you new Discs & Pads, oil & filter may even have new spark plugs’

The smile was worth it ......... :)
