Hi,
Ideally you need a 410 transfer box to rob bits from and the it's a matter of disassembling the jimny one and then rewelding the right gears in.
There are a few write ups on the web. Though I'm afraid I can't remember who the author is.

As its getting near the end of the auction I had to come clean in the hope that he doesn't mislead someone.

I had a look around the Internet and found the guide on the BigJimny website, it was written by Martin Lines, oh - wait a minute - thats me.

The Jimny box you have is a Jimny box, not a 410 or 413 box. It is not suitable for building a RockLobster, it is only suitable for using as a replacement for a Jimny box where the chain has worn out. It is worth between £50 and £100 for this purpose. Please remove all references to Rocklobster from your advert as it cannot be used for this.

He's not another Redacted then. I'll stick with the original and best shed builder - sorry Richard, that term just makes me chuckle.

It had to happen really. I've got nothing but support for genuine people who know what they're talking about and doing making an honest living from the likes of us. So people like Redacted get my full support. He's a great guy with loads of experience doing a great job and offering superb service.

If you are gonna enter this arena to make money out of us you'd better know your onions.

I think we are lucky having people like Redacted , Rob Butler at ORA, Dave at Llama 4x4, Martin, Rhino Ray, Dave @ Bits4Vits, Jimnybits and Darren at KAP.

I know some people might have a difference of opinion on a couple of those names but all have looked after their customers, even when things go wrong.

Like I say though, if you want a slice of this pie, you'd better cut the mustard!
