Now thats funny!
As a newbie I would suggest you read the FAQ pages, then you have to post a question on what's the largest tyres you can fit, followed by a post on why 4wd seems strange on tarmac!!
Welcome to the mad world of Jimnys.
I would suspect my son James will be offering rides around Tong in "his" Jimny to entertain you all.

Nah been there, done that... the whole point of getting standard size tyres was NOT to mess up the gearing on my daily driver...
I did think of disguising my Vit' with a few Jimny badges, for Tong, but I'm sure it would have been spotted...

I like reading your blogs and seeing what you and the others get up to on your Laning trips - I have done many of the lanes you have done around the Lakes and Derbyshire but you all seem to do what I can't bring myself to try - going up rather than down!
Much respect is deserved! I know you won't be doing that in the Jimny - well not yet - but maybe one day you're Jimny may become a Chapel Gate upwards achiever too! That's assuming those narrow minded and biased reporters on Countryfile don't preach more rubbish to the masses about all of us nasty OFFROADERS??? that rip up the countryside at every given opportunity, and it stays open! (that is sarcasm not admissions to any of you opposition reading).
Oh, sorry - I had a blert come out then that I couldn't control - welcome anyway.

Yes, we love our laning trips... we're out again next weekend (R&R this weekend - lie-in and a full brekkie!) around the Llangollen and Gerriog Valley... another one of my rambling reports coming soon then
Cheers!

And he's getting a bit old for it, despite his looks (like his Dad! - me!) he's 11.5, so he's 80 in our years -
Cadbury in the background, Fudge (his house mate), 3, in the foreground...
