well i thought i was just going to clean the kingpin bearings and pop them back in     WRONG  again lol
 i think these are past their sell by date,  just about everything on the axles and suspension is going to be new at this rate

I thought mine were bad when I changed them but you have mine beaten by a decent margin. At least they are cheap to replace.
Use calcium based waterproof grease when you reassemble the king pins. It is more tolerant to water contamination than normal lithium grease. Just don't use it in the CV. That needs black molybdenum disulphide grease.

things are moving slowly forward  engine and box are in and im fiddling with the shape of the roll cage also got involved with a 6x6 version

Looking good 

I’m laid up in hospital (7 weeks and counting!) with a dislocated bone that’s been removed from my right foot, now awaiting a mechano external frame (for another six weeks) as they attempt to realign my foot…

So progress on mine is non-existent… itching to get back to it in a few months when I’m sorted though!

i did wonder how your buggy was going but guess it isent right now lol
mines progressing slowly as im working on 3 different projects right now but i will have more time on it soon
