I've just noticed you guys left the vacuum pipes in place. Are you planning to use them? If so it might be worth replacing them with new copper ones?

TrailMaster 2" lift kit
Full floating rear axle conversion, JB underbody guards & recovery points
ORE transfer box HD brackets
T-Max split charge system
X-Shock Dakar ceramic clutch kit & roof rack
Flo-Flex castor polybushes
Kumho KL71 tyres

Full steam clean to clean all grease and dirt off before we start, us doctors don’t like dirty hands now Reece is attacking it with the needle gun to get the rust down before we start to treat

You look like you had to chop a fair bit out Doc, I'm sure that most cars of the period must be the same. I suppose 15yrs ain't too bad, but they are going to become rare unless the newer ones don't rust so bad....

Good evening sniper
Yes I’ve done a few of these now and they all suffer tin worm in the same areas for some reason weather it’s poor cavity protection from new or
Just poor quality steel,
Bet yes they worth saving so I try to cut out as far as needed then replace with new to give then a better chance of survival
Plenty of wax inside cavities when done is the best we can offer the little gems

Well that’s all the welding rework done to the body cab, treat with etch and fully covered in black tinted raptor to hopefully give it the best chance for future years to come
