There's a few more things to do, and a few more Bits to arrive before I'll be happy with it though...
Keep on modding!

Will have to get that towbar off!
Only an inch, but makes more room for the nice big tyres...
Steering shaft is too short now though? Even after just a 1" lift?
More soon, run out of time today...

The steering spacers arrived this morning, usual excellent service from Rus and the gang at JimnyBits -
Angle grinder, vice, punch, hammer, swearing, spanners...and a few minutes later...
And then a quick spray of paint to tidy it all up and detract from the eye of the yearly inspection man!
As I say, lots more in the blog if you want to have a read...

Not a problem on my new build though, as new "bumpers" are going on...
A quick call to Darren at KAP - www.kapsuzuki4x4.co.uk / 01535 610840 and a front trim panel and rear corner trim panels are due to arrive next week...
These will also add to the minimal lift, by making it appear taller, and getting rid of the old bumpers that would have fouled on the big tyres, and made the Jim' look lower...

So with my order for the bumpers not due to ship until Tuesday I asked them to add a pair of panhards to my order, be rude not to at that price... and standard ones are a bit flimsy!

Yes, will do... tend to blog everything (too much?!)
It's just a matter of swapping the light fittings around, so that the indicators go where the reverse were, the brake and tail go where the fogs were (hence buying a left-hand-drive light cluster as it will have a fog hole at the bottom and not just a blank like ours), and then fit a new fog and reverse lower down (LED ones have come from eBay)... more on them soon...
