Here's one more setup. Hope it'll help.
Rear:
OBK C4H10112
Kyb 443183
Front:
OBK C4H10112H
Kyb 344288

Coils look the same but the thickness is different.

Since my last visit I've improved my shop a bit, moved to another one.

So much jimny-news...

1. As far as I replaced almost dozen M13A with M18A and M15A, I've found out that JDM cars don't have immo and EGR (besides JDM M13A has 95hp and nonJDM - 86). So got a bunch of such ECUs and happily put them to the rigs I've already swapped with 1.8 and 1.5.
Moreover, I got some for sale. But you have to change pins - Jimny differs from Swift and Ignis.

2. After some G13B restoration I deicided to make some adapter for M-series. Just because every G-engine here is junk.

3. Now making and selling fiberglass parts for jimny. Hood, fenders and three doors. If painted it looks like steel. But genuine hood weights 12 kg and fiber glass 3.7 kg. Door differs even more. And yes, no rust! :)

Fender (already cutted for bigger wheels), for example.

4. CTIS, I mean central tire inflation. I have endless air setup there with condition compressor. So, after years of scratching head, have it up and running. Goes up to 2 bars in all four 33"x10,5 boggers for just 4 minutes. And deflates back to 0 bar either. Already tested it at "Ladoga Trophy" this year.

All the fiberglass parts are on the rig, by the way.

Replaced front arms with 3link. Moved rear drag rod to front - used both LHD and RHD knuckles. And Mersedes W124 steering arm. It almost fits Jimny's knuckle and move steering link higher.
All the links are made with aircraft aluminium, 7075.
Now settling with hydro-assist.

Coils and shocks are replaced with ORI struts. Rod ends are homemade with dust and mud covers. Just because I couldn't find something similiar to buy.

Finally done steering pump mount for M-engines in order to remove belt tensioner. Fed up with its jummed bearing.

Don't know why some pics are rotated... Look right way at their gallery. 8(
