Hmmmmm sounds like a nuisance to me.

The question is do I use it or not though?

I had a renault megane (oops!) and that had loads of stuff in the 'accident management pack' about calling them in the event.
Basically i see it as a money making exercise for themselves. If i was the dumbest driver about and had no friends who know anything, then it may be useful. Otherwise... standard roadside recovery is plenty enough to get me out of any problems
is it actually suzuki themselves touting it?
oh, and another thing... if it adds to the cost of your insurance claim (and how would it not?), then it will cost you more at renewal time i suspect. Insurance is enough of a con as it is without enterprises like that!

I assume it is Suzuki sponsored and it's a good point about renewal.
