My card says design engineer. Propulsion systems for ships, thrusters, gearboxes and propellers.
Mainly gearboxes nowadays, from 500kW to 20000kW.
The largest so far I've done wheighs in at 38000kg is in this ship:
www.farstad.com/fleet/subsea-vessels/sub...leet-list/far-samson

But nowadays with the low oil prices it is mainly for salmon production support and fishing vessels.

Norway 2005 Jimny M16A VVT, 235 BFG MT, 2" Trailmaster, ARB rear lck, 17%/87% high/low gears.

I retired in 2010 aged 50 after 34 years working in the chemical industry.
My main hobby is photography and wanted to get out and about to more interesting places so rewarded myself with a brand new Jimny in 2013.
Best motor I have ever had. Love it to bits.

Wine improves with age.
The older I get the more I like it

Nothing exciting, work in the paint industry for the past 15 years. But have many interests, going out and playing with my jimny. Weekend's away in the motorhome (just to keep the wife happy) and a bit of fresh water fishing.

"Engineer" in automotive design. I hedge my bits with the use of the word engineer as I rarely get to do proper detailed design and fiddle with things in great detail. Jimny is partially an attempt to re-kindle the car-tinkering of my youth!!

I'm a shopkeeper ;)

I run a Londis convenience store and Post Office with my wife, 7am to 9pm six days a week... Sundays - surprisingly - we're closed! As that's family / hobby / lie-in day :)

I've also run Bits4Vits for over ten years, and lately have also been trading as 'ZookBOB' on eBay... the sale of 4x4 parts funds my own hobby (obsession?), I've been abusing Suzukis for 25 years now...
