The most annoying thing about my Jimny is that if it has been raining - when you open the doors the water runs off the roof and WETS the front seats!

Small price to pay compared to having your house flooded I guess.

Just returned from a week in Brancaster Norfolk. The average MPG was 39.

Parked next to another Jimny in Brancaster beach car park. The owner said it was his second Jimny having had the first one for 10 years.

Just bought a Zanco Fly mobile the size of a USB stick.
It's the one prisoners hide up their ***s aledgedly.
I think it's great and works better than expected. It's now my Jimmy backup mobile and the only place it's going is the glove box !!!!!

I don't use a phone much but if you want an emergency phone see if you can get one of these. You might still get a new one on ebay etc.
The battery is massive with 30 days stand by and 18hrs talk time.
It's waterproof and tough so might be useful off road.
It's not a smart phone it's a phone that will stand knocks eg in a glove box or on a motor cycle etc.
There are some ads for £154 but I paid around £50 some time ago.

I started off high and worked my way down ever since :-)

The Normans built over 500 castles with most of the early ones built out of mud and wood.

I have a fascination with spiral stair cases so I built a scale model and then turned it into a ruin !!!!!

No Roof Bars
Just seen a post by Muto and a picture of his Jimmy with no roof bars looks great. Anyone in the UK removed theirs?
