Hi Martin

I'm happy to be a Marshall if you still need people. I've paid and played a few times there so am familiar with the site

Hi,

Its my first off road event in my Jimny. I did Landrovers 25+ years ago with the British Army but keen to find out
what the Jimmy is capable of before going to more local open "mud" events near me. Hopefully I can pickup some
tips, tricks and customisation info from you all :-)
I can remember attending an off road event with my Landrover series IIa 20 years back, there was a large mud
pit which very few vehicles got through unaided. I did not try but there was 2 girls in a Susuki LZ2 which just drove
through it with very little effort.
Looking forward to seeing what may Jimny 3 can do.

Porky.

54 jimnys would make for a cracking sight in convoy to or from the site :)

Is there a separate list of all proposed attendees somwhere?

If not, would it be possible to publish one on the forum?

In signing up people were asked if they didn't mind me sharing their name on the website. (Data protection etc. you have to ask these things nowadays)

Those that did allow it are listed here

www.bigjimny.com/index.php/attendees

That's why this list is shorter that the actual paid attendees ( currently 54 ).

If anyone wants to change their mind about listing their entry I can change their option

Can't wait for the event, the numbers are astonishing! Hopefully there's no issues caused by over-crowding (not sure of how big this site is?)!

Looking forward to it!

Not the worlds largest site, but the owners say they have had an event with 100 vehicles on it so I can only go with what they say.

I would dare to suggest that this is up there globally. I suspect that the only competition for a single model meet might be Japan as the other large meets I have seen have been "Suzuki" rather than just Jimny

What's the betting that we don't get a VIP visit from a high up at Suzuki to commend us on our brand loyalty?
