I mentioned it to my missus, she initially said yes, then changed her mind, she isn't sure that she will enjoy it. Since I haven't been before can any of you suggest some good reasons for her to go, apart from drinking on the Sat night and driving off road of course?

Otherwise, I will come down on my own.

Good idea, but possibly a biit expensive.

I think she will like it, we spent 4 days in the Lakes last weekend walking in the hills and rain, we go quad biking in Scotland now and again, been buggy driving several times abroad, going to go for a morning at Deepdale offroad near Barnard Castle soon.

Perhaps a night in the Holiday Inn will sweeten the deal.

Not just Harvey Nichols, there's days of good shopping in Leeds. If you're into that kind of thing.

We are booked, staying at the Holiday Inn, handy for the Sat night drinks.

I am not sure what the missus will do on Sunday, probably get me to give her a lift in to Leeds.

See you in May.

Booked now too. Only in Co. Durham, so not too far away from Leeds.

Having sold both my Jimnys and "retired" for the foreseeable future (I may return if the buggy makes progress), I won't be able to attend the BigJimny Meet 2020, BUT, please donate my entrance fee into the BigJimny forum fund Martin, it's a great community you have here, keep it up mate... and the rest of you that make it what it is! ;)

Is that buggy finished yet?...

Thank-you for your contributions over the years, we even manage to convert you from Vitaras to Jimnys. You have always been generous with both your great contributions to the forum discussions and also generous with your contributions to keep the BigJimny Server running

All our best wishes....

Martin

Given how popular the Jimny is I'd hope they could manage a presence but given their lack of interest and the evident demise of the passenger version, I could be hoping in vain.
