These Rods are strengthened with a steel angle piece and cut and threaded to enable you to modifiy their length to suit any lift you may have. They are simply installed by letting the suspension level on a level surface and then adjusting the thread to the correct length. A supplied lock nut then ensures it is locked onto place. It is recommended that additional thread locker is used. If possible, once the correct length has been selected you should either punch the thread or put a weld blob on it to ensure there is no movement in the locknut.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - THERE ARE TWO MAIN OPTIONS - EXCHANGE OR MODIFY

EXCHANGE OPTION: There is a "deposit" of £100 which will be refunded once your own Panhard Rods have arrived safely, I must have your Panhard Rods in exchange and they MUST be in a suitable condition for modification - NOT BENT OR OTHERWISE DAMAGED. The advantage of this is that you can keep driving the car until the modified set arrives when you then exchange them and send me back your rods. The disadvantage of this is that you get someone elses rods, possibly WITHOUT any bushes or with damaged bushes. There is NO GUARANTEE what bushes you will get, if any!!!

MODIFY OPTION: You send me your Panhard Rods and I get them modified. The advantage of this is that you get your own rods back, the disadvantage is that you can be without them for up to 3 weeks (you cannot drive the car!)

Panhard rods are a very important aspect of the front axle. Altering the rods can affect the steering and handling of the car. It is not recommend that modified items are fitted to road going vehicles, these are fitted at your own risk.
