Hi. Just bought a 2003 Jimny JLX Auto and I'm trying to buy the right tow bar on ebay. Lots initially say they fit but when I try to confirm by entering specific vehicle check, I'm always asked for the variant FJ or SN. I can't find out whether mine is FJ or SN but it appears to be critical to the choice of tow bar, since some are compatible with either FJ or SN but not both! My engine is definitely 1328cc but both FJ and SN variants can have that engine but (according to the not-so-helpful ebay vehicle checker) the FJ 1328cc has 82 BHP but the SN has 80 BHP. Suzuki website states 79 BHP and makes no reference to Fj or FN. I'm baffled. Does anyone know the answer so that I may confidently order the correct tow bar?
